I applied online and the application allowed me to schedule an interview the next week. The HR representative gave me and about 6 other people a brief tour of the UPS facility.

I wouldn't say it was difficult. They asked me to tell them something about myself and I talked about my work and education history. The interviewer also asked why I would like to work for UPS. The interview was brief.
