Colloquio
I showed up at the regional hub with about 15 other people. I was just looking for some seasonal work between job and I thought this might be a decent gig. Eventually the HR manager led us all to a break room and gave us some paperwork expaining the job responsibilities and requirements. It was about this time that I made up my decision not to accept the offer. The paper work basically told us that we would be "on call" and prob not even get full-time hours every week. On top of that, we would only be paid $8.50 an hour. After this presentation she called us in 1 at a time for a very brief and easy interview and said we would be contacted for training as early as the next day. Basically if you show up here on time and you're not a total slob they will offer you the job. I ended up leaving when they gave me the chance because I could make more money doing other various jobs on my own and I was not looking to try and join up with UPS as a career job.
Smooth and very easy to pass. Just speak and they will tell you what they have for you. You have nothing to be worried about. Just be ready to answer the phone.

Phone with a supervisor. Super convenient and super easy. Affable man with tons of experience. Couldn't be happier. Later went in for an in person interview and to pick up gear.
