two interviews; first with hiring Director and second with Director and VP

I applied online after attending a UPS Presentation at my university. I received a call back about 3 weeks later and was asked simple qualification questions. Another 3 weeks later I was asked to do a phone interview. 3 weeks after that I was called with an offer. I accepted the offer, but UPS did not give enough time to give my current employer two weeks notice (probably because of the busy holidays).
