The interview process began with a guided walk through the company and the work area we would be in. it was then followed by a group interview in which the HR described the job that you would be doing so that you were fully aware of its demands. At the end of the process you were asked to fill out a number of forms if you were still interested and after this they did a follow up and hiring interview if they found you fit for the job.

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.

There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
