I applied through the website. I was then called in for an interview. I went in for an interview with the Terminal Manager, which went very well and very relaxed. Then I was called to come in for official hire.

How do you handle around people that aren't of the same background?
Very constructive, open to explain the process, but offered little information about the whole process. Coul be better at giving such data before commiting the candidate to other processes and references.
There is no interview, just a short call with an agent and I got the job. Told them I wanted to start 2 days later and they say yes. Started work doing purely send again
