I applied online and received a call from a hiring manager the next day. I was asked to get on zoom and was given the job over zoom on the spot after answering a few basic interview questions.

no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
