For me it was the skype interview the local district office had not opened up yet. You were then give a start date naturally oreintation was the first part. the training was 6 weeks long and a paid. It is a complex multitaksing role/position The details of it are not revealed until you get in to the training.Nor is the incentive plan . The training changes each time they hold it . They train you on their sales techniques specifically , alledgedly for success and are ridged about you utilizing these learned skills verbateum on each and every call .
