Basic, tour of facilities followed by background check. Tour was with a group, we were put in a truck for a few minutes, saw the unload dock, the sort area, and other areas of the building.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
