Very simple, phone interview with hiring agent, than an in person interview with the same person. Than a physical and drug screening, than finally a driving test on package car. By that point you are all but hired. You are than sent to UPS school about 2 weeks where you learn the history of the company, get fitted for uniforms, learn the DIAD, go driving in a package car. However, if you don't pass the required courses you will not be hired. So pay attention in school. There are no second chances.

From what I recall there weren't many questions asked.
Asked good questions but it wasnt too bad. Work experience, what you want in a career, and the other common interview questions you'd expect in a pretty average interview at a company of this size.

Poor hiring process. I receive combinations of emails and text with no instruction. I was told I successfully completed the in person orientation and I was never told where to go for it. I never attended. I keep opening help tickets because I get text to show up at a job site and report to my supervisor. I have never been given a name for a supervisor. All the help numbers point mt to i9 help. They just tell me to contact my supervisor. Vicious circle.

Filled a form, Got a call, set the meeting, met with them, emailed back and forth until I ultimately decided to go another direction. Not too bad of a process if you ask me.
