Just sent them a CV and was told to attend in-person interview. Was short and sweet, relatively easy. Basically looked for people that can communicate well, preferably in local languages.

When in and asked questions showed me around and told me what they do introduced me to the staff and explained more about the job . And the manager told me how long she has been there and how she got their .
The interview process was very simple, and in-depth as there were questions I was trying to understand. This was a great process for the job. I hope that everyone is able to get the job here.
