The interview process was a phone interview back in 2021. The interviewer took the time to review the ability to complete tasks as well as schedule and commitment for the 2021 holiday season. The first day was on Black Friday.
Very easy, HR was wonderful. Explained everything in detail of what I was going to be doing on a day to day bases. Included telling me about advancement opportunities, benefits, different location positions and more.

It wasn’t No interview you just have to come to the ups to give the human resources person your give id and Ssc after completing application and getting background check back the process is very simple and easy
