the process was not that long. A total of 3 rounds. the first two were with who my manager ended up being. the third one was with the DOS. after my first interview did not hear back for about a month then it moved very quickly
two interviews, quite thorough and went through it well. Lots of questions on personality type and working with others which was also good. Could've been longer though or involve more people like colleagues.
