The interview process was not difficult since I had been working with the company for over a year as a Pre-Loader. Knowing most of the management team is a plus and I was approached by one of the managers about being promoted within the company. I had to submit a letter to the division and district managers for approval. After the letter for promotion is read you will sit down with the center manager or division manager for a face to face interview.
