There was one round of interviews conducted during this process. Most of the questions were oriented around understanding your personality and how well you might fit into the culture of the team.

There is really only 1 real interview where it is a panel and your future manager is asking most of the questions. The question are not hard as along as you know what you are talking about. You cannot BS your way through it.
