The first series of phone interviews went well, but the Management was not able to provide accurate information concerning the base/ starting pay. The initial amount of compensation that was offered, was not anywhere close to what I actually started at for pay.

It was super easy and efficient, they let you know what it’s like and where you’ll be at the job. Not the best of communication in the long run though
