Interviewed the whole time for a "Field Marketing Manager" position. Was never told there was a change or any issue until I received my non-negotiable offer with a lesser position, a lower salary, and unclear stock options. I was in need of a job so I had no choice but to accept, but it was very unprofessional and started me off already displeased with the company.
