1. Phone call with Hector. 45 min conversation to get each other's interests and goals.
2. Phone interview. Pair programming.
3. On-site. 4-5 rounds with engineers
4. Phone call with CEO, John
5. Phone call with Hector to hear URX's interest
Overall, an easy process. They worked around a couple of last-minute delays that I threw in, and were extremely kind about it
