Colloquio
No technical questions. They are so below the free market in salary and the clearance process takes so long, they are basically taking anyone with a pulse and a degree. Questions revolved around what I do for fun and typical "Do you play well with others", etc. They described the job, in my case, system engineering. I was offered a job inside 20 minutes.
