I went to the U.S Air Force Academy and got commissioned through there. You can either go that route, enlist, or do ROTC. You have to be drug free and motivated, there really is no interview process.

Members enter the Air Force based upon completion of an appropriate military commissioning source, either Reserve Officer Training Corp (ROTC), the Air Force Academy or Officer Training School and you must meet qualifications based on citizenship, physical fitness, and aptitude tests to be accepted into those programs. Once you are in the military you do not interview in the traditional sense for jobs but are assigned based on your career field and rank by the career field assignments managers.

Colloquio
To become an Air Force officer you must possess a bachelor's degree or higher. It is an excellent way to earn experience and develop your skills for the civilian sector. The application process is long, and requires drug testing, and a security investigation. Once selected, you will attend officer training school which is a 12 week intense physical and mental program designed to teach you leadership skills and how to perform under pressure.
