Colloquio
College degree followed by an application through recruiter, followed by physical, mental health, criminal history. Needed to take the ASVAB (basically a general knowledge test). Then it was a matter of waiting for an open officer training position. I received my commission through Officer Training School, then went through a year of aviation training.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 8 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso US Air Force (Chapel Hill, NC)
Colloquio
I was hired through Air Force R.O.T.C. so I'd say the real interview was for a college scholarship and then basically a four-year interview process throughout college. As a college student and scholarship student, you were constant being interviewed. There was no interview per-say for actual commission.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 6 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso US Air Force (Poughkeepsie, NY) nel mese di nov 2011
Colloquio
There really wasn't an interview, although, you must go through the recruiting office and fill out several pieces of paper and answer lot's of questions about your past and family members. There are essentially 3 ways to get into the Air Force as an officer. You can go through the Air Force academy, but you better have very good grades in High School, you can go to a college that offers an ROTC program or you can apply for Officer Training School (OTS) which is a 3+ month course that commissions you as a 2nd Lieutenant.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
You have to answer several security questions to get your Secret clearance. Also, you have to have a Bachelors degree if applying for OTS.
