Hiring manager reviewed my records which was over a 18 year period of time. He had access to all my performance evaluations during the previous 8 years which I had provided so I could move to the state that I wanted to retire to. Overall very easy process. Hiring manager offered job without speaking to me; however, a person I worked with referred my records to the hiring manager.
