Interview process is essentially a month of highly rigorous physical and mental selection. The unit is a highly operational special operations unit where soldiers are expected to thrive in dangerous and high stress situations, and the selection process reflects that.

Less of an interview and more of a selection process.
Consisted of a conversation with a recruiter. He made sure I had a pulse, and then introduced me to a lengthy process of paperwork that took months to complete. The recruiter worked with me throughout the process and we remain friends to this day, years later
Easy, MEPS was the most difficult part, especially the medical portion. The paperwork part was easy, most of the interview was complete prior to going. Questions were basic and non-threatening.

Interviewed with a recruiter over the course of a couple weeks. Collected the necessary paperwork and did some medical exams. Chose my ship date and shipped out a few months later.
