It was pretty easy. My commander asked a lot about what I could provide to the unit. It was a sit down interview and he wanted to make sure that I was confident in what I could do.

I had to get a state criminal background check. I had to have a current passing APFT score, you had to be of a certain rank. They needed people so it was not very rigorous.
