there really was no interview with my supervisors at the site. There were some basic questions to answer while filling out the paperwork. Some had to do with character, but most related to past experience

Typical interview questions. More of a determination to see whether I’d fit in with the office as opposed to hard hitting, professional goal type questions. It was laid back and not stressful.
