I believe some time after I applied, I got a phone call to schedule a phone interview. After interview, Got an email with onboarding instructions including fingerprinting and background check.

Its been a while but as I remember, the interview was simply a few qualifying questions on a phone call. The questions were accessing things such as whether you able to walk around in various weather conditions, do you have transportation, how much can you work, and if you can handle the specifics of the job.
