Not the most professional experience. The interviewer missed the initially agreed time and requested to reschedule. They interviewed me while they were driving with background noise, and this was distracting. Ask a few questions and quickly got off the phone. Like most unconventional organizations, I have yet to receive an update. It’s simple and easy to send a Thank you, but we are considering other candidate's email.
Recruiter missed interview time and had to follow up multiple times to hear back.
Took some time to schedule manager interview (which was fine). Interview was basic with manager.
I had to then follow up with same recruiter to get a rejection sent. Overall recruiter experience was not a great first point of contact.
