Multiple round interview with senior management. Started out with your basic first phone screening and then transited to someone from the department. Then it was the manager and lastly director.

The interview process felt comfortable and welcoming. Nothing too difficult was asked. Talked about the culture and expectations of the role. Was a remote interview, and this was pre Covid times.
