Applied online, the process took 3 weeks for a recruiter to get back to me. Once contacted by recruiter, you will then do a phone screen to make sure you're a good fit for the position in which case they will send your resume to the "DSM" District Service Manager to look over and if they are interested in you they will reach out to set up an interview. This whole process took a while, about two months to be exact so strap in if this is something you're interested in, again this was my experience, yours maybe different.
