The interview process is extremely convoluted. Just to even get an interview is an exercise all in itself. Then they have 3 people on a panel and they take notes the entire time. The questions are asked in a way that only a person already in this position would have knowledge of, so you have to do your homework.

Basic government questions, it was all scripted. The longest part of process was waiting to hear back form HR. However once I heard back the remainder of process took about 3 weeks from interview to offer.
