It is a long interview process. You will need a lot of references. They do a complete background check and drug test. There is also a MEPs physical. I had a recruiter help me navigate through the whole process. Then there were two different 1 on 1 skype interviews.

I believe the most important question they asked was why you were interested in joining the Navy and if you knew if you wanted to just to the 4 years.
