Interview process was fairly painless. Conducted a phone screen and then a follow up with the hiring officials. The only problem is that the entire process from application to hire date took 6+ months. The longest part of the process was waiting for the HR department to write up the offer letter and send it to us.

There is no interview you go to a recruiter and sign up for whatever you want if it's available you get it. You have to do practice test and get weighed and also take pre drug screening ps before you go to meps
