Very detailed technical questions about the regulatory and management process. I would suggest being familiar with the regulatory process in the federal government and technically aware of reactors. Any engineering or scientific experience is valued.

One interview in person followed by brief background check using references. i interviewed in person with multiple people. My references were checked and then had a background security check to clear me for a clearance.
