We were interviewed by the Plant Manager. It was one of the strangest interviews I'd ever experienced or heard about. There was on gentleman who was late for the interview and was allowed to still be interviewed. When he did arrive he walked in in short pants, open-toe sandals, a beach type shirt with sunglasses on top of his head. He still got hired over people who were professionally dressed.

100% online, you take a test and provide background information. After a few days you’ll get an email that will let you know if you’ve passed or not. After that you schedule an in person finger printing appointment. After finger printing you’ll have orientation

Went pretty quickly. Was an open house and applications were done onsite as well as initial paperwork. There were a lot of pepper there. It was around the holidays and there is always a big need around that time. We did our applications and assessments and filled out paperwork.

The entire process was straight forward. There were two online tests and both were simple and short. Both can be completed in thirty minutes. An approval email was received in three days and a detailed job description was provided in the acceptance note.
