I applied and 2 weeks later I received an invite to interview. It was a group of us interviewing and 3 interviewers. Two weeks after that I received an email for a job offer as well as one for a background and drug screen.

The interview was very easy and brief due to pandemic. They did a background check and called my previous employer. They were in desperate need, and I passed the test with a 98.

There wasn't an interview. Everything was done online, there was the application, like 5 background checks, a drug screen and fingerprints. Lots of hours for a 10 hr a week position

Wonky at best, a process in place no one seems to follow.. it is a long process, do not be on a hurry to get hired. There were no expectations set for what to expect during the process.
