Fairly easy. Apply online, provide all employment history for 5 years, wait a month and they'll call you back. They'll ask you for an interview. If you've passed that then you are required to do a drug test, background check with fingerprints, a security check, and any other paperwork needed which can take another month.

Applied online got a conditional offer a few weeks later. No interview as of yet. The process was really simple . Had to fill out additional i formation for background check and have to to get fingerprinted.
