It was a group interview. After giving a shpiel about how it’s a lot of work and may have no social life and can get fired for whatever during the probation period... then we meet for a quick one on one interview. Be polite and express your a mature, hard worker and you’ll do fine.

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
