I applied online through their website. They emailed me after inviting me to take the 473 exam. The first part was online and was more about personal characteristics and traits. After finishing, they invited me to schedule the second part of the 473 in a nearby testing center. Couple days later I received an email to take a drug test, submit consent for background check, and finally, an invite for interview. There was around 40 other people with me. The interview was simple. They just made sure we were really willing to do all the duties listed and work 7 days a week if necessary.

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
