Before even going into the interview, I could hear the interviewer through the door. He was on the phone berating another candidate for daring to decline a job offer. Once I got into the interview, he was no more courteous to me, forgoing the usual pleasantries to tell me everything I had already done wrong. The rest of the interview was fairly straightforward - only about 5 questions - but this hostile atmosphere remained throughout the process.
