The process takes a while to get hired, first you go to a huge recruiting session. You get put into a large room with many others, have to managers come in to tell you what the job is like. next you get called in one by one for an interview with a manager, then is you pass that you get invited to have a background and drug test done. A week later you go thru a final interview and a week after that you finally get hired and start your orientation/training.
