The interview process is very long and drawed out. It took a month and a week before I was interviewed. You arrive at a designated post office with 20+ other people. You sign in (your interview is based on first come first serve, so come early and be first to sign in). After that some of the postmasters from different city give you a general overview of what to expect. They generally try to weed out the weak ones. Literally 10 people got up and left. Then they go over working conditions and working outside and just being flexible for the job. The actual interview was one on one. He didn't asked me much just briefly went over what they stated earlier. He did recommend me for the job so I'm excited to see what's to come.
