Awfull, the postmaster for the Springdale AR post office scheduled me for 8 in the morning, but the office didn't open until 9. I arrived early to the location, but there was no one there, and I was not sent any details. Also, he did not call this an interview, but rather a meeting, which is strange

No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
