Was invited to take the postal exam after applying online after about 3 weeks. I prepared very hard for the exam which took about 2 hours. It was lengthy and detailed. It was good that I had taken the time to prepare which served me well. I received a high score upper 80's. Within about 2 more weeks I received my packet in the mail and set up my interview date. It was with at least 100 other people.

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
