I applied online and within a week I was emailed a notification to submit info for background check and drug screen. I was then notified by the postmaster to set up an interview, It was very casual and comfortable. I was hired within a a week. The hardest part was weeding through all the scams that came by email.

I never had an interview I went to get my fingerprints done and they informed me that someone would get back to me to schedule me for academy. Academy lasted one week and was largely useless.

The interview was very short, not really much of an interview at all, actually. Moreso just to check if I had a pulse and was breathing. I could tell it was just to get a body in the room.

It was an easy one on one interview. Asked basic questions. Will use scare tactics on you during interview. Post Master was really nice but i felt like it was just a facade. All in all, it was a very very good experience.
