The application took longer than the interview. The application was detailed and wanted to know every job and every address you ever lived at. I had to get fingerprinted at the local Police Station and have a background check done. The interview after all of that lasted about ten minutes and was with the Postmaster of the local branch.

No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
