Group interview with 40+ other people. You get called in order of assessment score. That determines your rank. We were asked basic interview questions. Ex. "how would you deal with angry or rude customers?" "describe a time when you went above and beyond to help a customer". You fill out paperwork that you have previously done online on your application. Then you leave and if all is well you will get an email for a 2nd interview which is the job offer phase. Congratulations.
