First I took assessment online after applying, then I received an email to take the exam. 2 weeks later I received an email for interview. Interview consisted of 20+ people. After interview I received email to consent background check and drug screen. Now I'm awaiting an email for offer.

No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
