I had one phone interview and two interviews on site. The first team of interviewers did not ask many questions, and I found myself trying to 'lead' the interview. The second person who I interviewed with seemed as if I was wasting his time. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

Staff were all friendly. A few basic questions regarding experience. It was a very laid back interview. They spoke about the company and what the job would require from me. We then discussed my experience, which many of the questions had already been answered thru our general conversation.
