I had taken two tests a personality test and a IQ processing test. I also had 3 separate interviews with 3 different managers before getting an offer. You must first pass the tests before moving on to the interview which is virtual.
Started on a call with hr which was pretty basic (going over the role) then had an in person interview with 2 of the managers. After that an offer was extended
