Remote with recruiter. She explained the salary range and why they were looking for an assistant. All via zoom. The pay range was a little low and they gave me time to think about it.
Average interview process. A lot of scenario based questions. If you have the right attitude and right experience, then you shouldn’t have a problem getting through the interview process. HR phone screen, hiring manager phone interview and then Zoom interview.
