Typical two person interview. One asking questions and the other one is making notes. They always ask typical Situational Based Questions. Please ensure that you listen to all questions and answer them fully.

Tell me about a time you deal with a difficult situation.
USAA will not interview anyone qualified for the position that has previously worked at USAA. I have reapplied a number of times and not even a screening call. I left on good terms. If you are over 40 and made a decent salary, they will not attempt to reinstate you.
